Refund Policy
SimNoKYC provides digital services (virtual phone numbers for SMS verification). Due to the instant and consumable nature of these services, refunds are handled as described below.
Key principle: If you paid for a number and no SMS was received, your balance is automatically refunded. You only pay for successful deliveries.
1. Automatic Balance Refunds
The following situations result in an automatic refund to your account balance, with no action required from you:
- No SMS received: If a purchased number does not receive the expected SMS code within the service timeout period, your balance is automatically restored.
- Number unavailable: If a number cannot be assigned after purchase (e.g., out of stock at the provider level), the charge is reversed instantly.
- Order cancelled: If you cancel an active order before an SMS is received, your balance is refunded.
2. Rental Refunds
- Rental numbers are billed upfront for the selected duration. No partial refunds are issued for unused rental time.
- If a rented number becomes permanently unreachable due to a technical issue on our side during the rental period, a pro-rata balance credit may be applied at our discretion.
3. Deposits & Balance Top-Ups
All cryptocurrency deposits are final and non-refundable. Once a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, the corresponding balance is credited to your account and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cryptocurrency.
- The entry deposit required for account creation is non-refundable. It is credited to your balance and can be used for any service.
- Additional top-ups are non-refundable. Unused balance remains in your account indefinitely (subject to the inactivity policy in our Terms of Service).
- We do not offer cash-outs, withdrawals, or balance transfers between accounts.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
No refund or balance credit will be issued in the following cases:
- SMS received but rejected by the target service: If you received the SMS code but the third-party service rejected or blocked the number, the order is considered fulfilled.
- Wrong service selected: If you purchased a number for the wrong service or country, this is not eligible for a refund once a number has been assigned.
- Account suspension: Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service forfeit any remaining balance.
- Overpayment in crypto: If you send more cryptocurrency than required, the excess amount is not refundable. Always send the exact amount displayed.
- Sent to wrong address: We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund was not applied correctly, or if you experience a technical issue that warrants a manual review, you may contact us through the support channels available on the platform. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis, but all decisions are final.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
