退款政策

SimNoKYC provides digital services (virtual phone numbers for SMS verification). Due to the instant and consumable nature of these services, refunds are handled as described below.

1. 自动余额退款

以下情况将自动退款至您的账户余额，无需您采取任何操作：

• 未收到短信：如果购买的号码在服务超时时间内未收到预期的短信验证码，您的余额将自动恢复。
• 号码不可用：如果购买后无法分配号码（例如供应商层面缺货），费用将立即撤销。
• 订单已取消：如果您在收到短信之前取消了活跃订单，您的余额将被退还。

2. 租赁退款

• 租赁号码按所选时长预先收费。未使用的租赁时间不予部分退款。
• 如果在租赁期间，由于我方技术问题导致租赁号码永久无法使用，我们可酌情按比例退还余额。

3. 存款与余额充值

4. 不适用退款的情况

5. 争议解决

If you believe a refund was not applied correctly, or if you experience a technical issue that warrants a manual review, you may contact us through the support channels available on the platform. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis, but all decisions are final.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
