访问或使用 SimNoKYC（"本服务"）即表示您同意受这些服务条款的约束。如果您不同意，请勿使用本服务。

1. 服务说明

SimNoKYC 提供用于接收短信验证码的临时虚拟手机号码。本服务基于预付余额系统运作，使用加密货币支付。号码按原样提供，用于一次性或租赁式短信接收。

2. 账户与访问

• 账户通过唯一的访问种子短语匿名创建。无需邮箱、密码或个人信息。
• 您的访问种子短语是唯一的身份验证方式。如果您丢失种子短语，您的账户和剩余余额将永久不可恢复。没有重置或恢复机制。
• 您对种子短语的安全保管承担全部责任。使用您的种子短语执行的任何操作均视为由您授权。
• 创建账户需要一次性入门存款，该存款将全额计入您的余额。

3. 支付与余额

• 所有付款均使用加密货币（BTC、ETH、SOL、USDT）进行。我们不接受法定货币。
• 区块链交易确认后，存款将计入您的账户余额。
• 价格以 USD 显示，并在支付时按当前市场汇率转换为加密货币。
• 所有交易均为最终交易。加密货币支付本质上是不可逆的。请参阅我们的退款政策了解符合条件的例外情况。

4. 虚拟号码的使用

• 虚拟号码用于短信验证目的。我们不保证任何特定号码适用于任何特定服务或平台。
• 号码可能在用户之间共享（用于一次性验证）或专用（用于租赁）。一次性号码不是独占的。
• 短信验证码在收到后将显示在您的账户中。由于依赖第三方运营商和目标服务，我们无法保证送达时间或成功率。
• 租赁号码在租赁期间保留供您专用。租赁到期后，号码将被释放。

5. 可接受的使用

您同意不将本服务用于：

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) or conduct phishing.
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
• Resell access to the Service without authorization via the provided sub-account/API features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is involved in prohibited activities, without refund.

7. 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimNoKYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit.

8. 账户终止

• 我们可能会在不事先通知且不退款的情况下暂停或终止违反这些条款的账户。
• 您可以随时停止使用本服务。未使用的余额不可转让且不可退款（请参阅退款政策）。
• 不活跃的账户（超过 12 个月未登录）可能会连同剩余余额一起被清除。

9. 服务修改

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Prices, features, and availability may change without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. 适用法律

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial practices. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
