Terms of Service

By accessing or using SimNoKYC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SimNoKYC provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. The Service operates on a prepaid balance system with cryptocurrency payments. Numbers are provided as-is for one-time or rental-based SMS reception.

2. Account & Access

  • Accounts are created anonymously using a unique access seed. No email, password, or personal information is required.
  • Your access seed is your sole means of authentication. If you lose your seed, your account and remaining balance are permanently unrecoverable. There is no reset or recovery mechanism.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your seed secure. Any activity performed with your seed is considered authorized by you.
  • Account creation requires a one-time entry deposit, which is credited to your balance in full.

3. Payments & Balance

  • All payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT). We do not accept fiat currencies.
  • Deposits are credited to your account balance once the blockchain transaction is confirmed.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and converted to crypto at the current market rate at the time of payment.
  • All transactions are final. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. See our Refund Policy for eligible exceptions.

4. Use of Virtual Numbers

  • Virtual numbers are provided for SMS verification purposes. We do not guarantee that any specific number will work with any specific service or platform.
  • Numbers may be shared across users (for one-time verifications) or dedicated (for rentals). One-time numbers are not exclusive.
  • SMS codes are displayed in your account once received. There is no guarantee on delivery time or success rate, as these depend on third-party carriers and target services.
  • Rental numbers are reserved for your exclusive use during the rental period. Once the rental expires, the number is released.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity under applicable law.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or conduct phishing.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization via the provided sub-account/API features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is involved in prohibited activities, without refund.

6. No Guarantees

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or that any number will successfully receive an SMS from any given service.
  • Third-party services may block or restrict virtual numbers at any time. This is outside our control.
  • Stock and availability of numbers for specific countries or services may vary without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimNoKYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit.

8. Account Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused balance is non-transferable and non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  • Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be purged along with any remaining balance.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Prices, features, and availability may change without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial practices. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
